1. A clear copy of your CNIC (front and back);
2. A selfie photograph holding your CNIC;
3. Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), where required;
4. Evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where required.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by luck77 will result in withdrawal functionality being suspended until verification is completed. luck77 may also suspend further deposits and gameplay pending verification in cases where it has concerns about the accuracy of account information provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luck77 account credentials. You must not share your username, password or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. All activities conducted through your luck77 account are your sole responsibility. luck77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Bets placed on luck77 cricket, PSL and other sports markets are final once confirmed. Pre-match bets confirmed before the scheduled start time of the relevant event are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. luck77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons including but not limited to:

2. Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification;
3. Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe;
4. Engagement in any prohibited conduct described in Section 9;
5. Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or an authorised representative;
6. Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or account misuse;
7. Court order, regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account closure.

Upon account closure for terms violations, luck77 may forfeit any balance held in the account. Upon account closure at the user's own request (other than for self-exclusion), any verified balance in PKR will be returned to the registered payment method following completion of final KYC and withdrawal processing.

luck77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, luck77 will provide reasonable notice to registered account holders via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the luck77 platform. Continued use of the luck77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
